Renée and I attended Bonfire Night at Lasham Airfield. I took some iPhone pictures of the bonfire. There were also some decent fireworks and a tasty BBQ too. A very pleasant evening. A video of the bonfire was also uploaded to You Tube. Click here to view it. It certainly brings the bonfire to life in ways the still photos cannot, with the flames dancing and swirling, and crackling away too.

Lighting up and getting going. Not long before smoke and glowing embers billow all around us. Trying to get a shot of the Guy sitting on a chair on top of a bonfire before it goes up in flames. A large crowd enjoys the warmth from the now huge fire. The gentle but gusty breeze forms patterns in the flames as it gets blown about.

Renée enjoying the bonfire, and a sparkler. Later in the evening the fire dies down but still looks hellish with the brightly glowing embers.

A trip with Renée along the Regents Canal on the waterbus to Camden Lock. We got on at Warwick Crescent. The boat travelled Eastwards along the canal at a walking pace (except for a fast section under a tunnel at Maida Vale) to Camden Lock. After going under the Metropolitan Line and the A41 we got a good view along the north side of Regents Park and London Zoo, and the flats to the north side.
